Counteroffer Accepted. Papers Get Signed Tomorrow, Sunday

At this point I think I can say the house is "sold".

Still have the inspections to do, which should happen in the next 10 days or so. I don't expect the inspections to find anything, except for the termite inspection. They ALWAYS find some termite "damage" that has to be repaired.

They wanted, and got, a 45 day escrow. Not sure why they couldn't do it any faster, but I'll talk to our agent when he comes by Sunday.

      I don't mind the winter too much. The three times we've been to FTC in the winter have been pleasant, nothing at all like the winters I grew up in back in Northern Illinois.

      It's a load off us to know that it's 99% sold.

      Now I have to gather up the stuff I have to take with me, vs the stuff we're going to ship.

      My Elecraft K2 and BuddiPole are in the take with me category!
