ReplyDeleteThe opening scene where the guy is striking the gong is a parody of some English filmmaker.
The guy who ran the seminar knows the group (NORAIR, the photo unit for Northrup) who made the film. He's been doing high-speed photography and filming of this stuff for almost 50 years now.
