Might Get Some "Weather" Tonight

The temperature's dropping, the humidity has dropped like a rock, and there's HUGE thunderheads off the the North and East.

The National Weather Service has issued Flash Flood Alerts, and the weather app on my phone has been screaming at me for attention.

Might a get a drizzle or very light shower, but if you're up in the foothills....HEAD FOR HIGH GROUND!

  1. Compared to Louisiana/Mississippi, that's a typical little thunderboomer! :-)

  2. If it sprinkles any harder here, it might form some puddles ... that's about it.

  5. It's unusual, but we sometimes get sprinkles.
And since I've been out here, I've seen it rain pretty hard in the summer a couple of times.
Course it's nothing like what it did in the summer back in Illinois!

Keep it civil, please....

Gloomy, Gritty, Grey Day

At 1700 local it's as described in the headline; 30*F, 88% RH, completely overcast, snowing like crazy (small flakes, but lots of them)...
