Memorial Day.....
Others can and will say things much more eloquently than I can, so I'll just leave this here.....

DeleteI miss seeing sailors in whites manning the rails. Jungle camo is the current naval trend. I know it's picky on Memorial Day, but much can be said for tradition, DRJIM.

DeleteBut I agree. It would have been nice to see them in whites, or even blues, when they rendered honors to the Iowa.
Still, the picture made me get all misty eyed when I saw it.
