In Illinois, our fat assed feckless fuck of a hog jowled governor kept the "emergency" going as long as he could collect the federal funds.
So, last year some time, a county reached a nonsensical "tested positive" rate and there was an email sent to our affected locations about masking and literally, departments clocked out and went home saying "FUCK NO".
So there is hope..................
Good to hear. I grew up in Illinois, and the Great Divide between ChiCongo and Downstate was always annoying. Kind of like the Front Range Snots vs the Western Slope Ranchers out here in Colorado.
