Uh-Oh...."Controlled Burn" Gets Out-Of-Control

And there's been a mandatory evacuation declared.

This is up in the Red Feather Lakes area, about 30 miles Northwest of here.

      Definitely an OUCH moment.

      I'm going to continue to follow this and see if they release how it happened.

    That's sad, and just proof that even controlled burns can get out of control...

      The 'proscribed' burn was about 470 acres, and the wildfire was about 130 acres at last report.
