See you all sometime next week.....

Headed out for Sea Trials early Saturday morning. Since we don't have the contract for our satellite services provider signed, we'll have no Internet or email access while we're at sea, so I'll be incommunicado for a while.

    Thanks, but even with all the work we've been doing we're not really ready.
    One guy I work with said he expected it to be "A slow-motion train wreck"!

    Hope your AC stays up, we lost one of two units, had to AC in billeting... :-(

    No problem with the AC onboard, just all the comm gear!
    We let the smoke out of one of the antenna controllers today while trying to figure out why we couldn't transmit. Since it's not a critical system for these trials, we shut everything down, and we'll get back on it after we return.
