And again, the ONLY thing that will stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun.
The school has a strict no guns policy; even the "security" people are only allowed to carry Mace.

Yet another Victim Disarmament Zone, where bad guys have a target-rich environment in which to go berserk and create terror. And a tragedy which might have been prevented by an enlightened concealed-carry policy. What a shame.
