I'll Take "More Things That Go BOOM" for $2000, Alex

As usual, Blunt Object has some good posts about the continuing travails of the guy who writes "Things I Won't Work With".
Dioxygen Diflouride??
Geez.....I don't even want to be in the same county with that stuff, let alone *work* with it.

  1. I don't want to, either. There are quite enough gases, chemicals, and medicines of all stripes where I work. Super-heated FOOF? No, thanks!

  2. Come on, where's your sense of adventure?

...yeah, mine's running in the opposite direction as fast as its legs will take it, too.

(Funny how every time Dr. Lowe writes a "Things I Won't Work With" post, my hits go up. :-) )

  3. Hey, I'm an EE. I have my own type of 'Things That Go BOOM', usually involving high-voltage and/or high current.
If I was one-tenth the writer that Dr. Lowe is, I'd write a series dealing with my (mis)adventures in electronics!

  4. Um... not no, but HELLLLL no....

Keep it civil, please....
