Modern Civil War??

I'd prefer to think of it as the Second American Revolution, but regardless of what you call it, there's an awful lot of pissed-off people out there who realize just what's going on!
Here's a link to Your Liberties discussing this:

Growing up in the 60's with the Evil Soviet Union as our arch enemy, I remember quotes from their leaders saying "We will BURY you!", and "We will hang the Capitalists with their own rope, and they will sell it to us!", and a lot of other scary things for a pre-teen kid. But I always knew "God Was On Our Side(tm)", and that FREE men would prevail. "MAD" was definitely mad, but the threat of complete, utter annihilation of both sides was enough to give both sides pause, and nobody pushed the Big Red Button.

Now we have a Godless, socialist-marxist-collectivist as "President" (just where is that pesky birth certificate, anyway? Senator McCain had to provide one. Why not The Messiah?) of our great nation, and I wonder how this ever happened.

I just hope we can all prevail during the next four years of darkness.......

  1. Just keep studying and remembering your history. This has happened before, whether it be Teddy Roosevelt,Woodrow Wilson,FDR,or LBJ the progressive movment has been trying to push this country in a hole it doesn't fit. That being socilism, with a touch of fascism.

The American people will revolt agains such action, I just hope it isn't too late when they realize it is happening.

Wake up American, before it is too late.

  3. The key to getting through this administration is to band together for a common cause.

They can only label us fringe lunatics until our collective numbers demand attention.

  5. I agree with all of you. I was listening to a replay of the Mike Church Show, and he was saying that the time has come to show ourselves. We flooded the Congressional switchboard over the budget, and they ignored us. We sent MILLIONS of emails and faxes, and they ignored us. We sent tea bags by the thousands, and they ignored us. Now it's time to turn out in person at the April 15th tea parties. One of our last hopes is that when they SEE the number of people taking the time to show up at these events it might, at least, make them think.
Will it help? Will it do any good? Will it even matter? I don't know, but I'm taking April 15th off to attend the tea party event near me.
It's not much, but it's the first time since college that I've turned out in person for a political event.

At 1700 local it's as described in the headline; 30*F, 88% RH, completely overcast, snowing like crazy (small flakes, but lots of them)...
