For a Colonoscopy!
Well, at least the weather was nice. Everything checked out A-OK, and other than being a little more spaced out than usual from the Propofol, I'm back home and waking up.
Be back on-line tomorrow...
Admiral Yamamoto infamously said "You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a man with a rifle behind every blade of grass."
And so it should be, a nation of riflemen....

Started this post on Monday, then came down with a head cold, which is now progressing South. Feeling better, but still a bit woozy...... To...
Good news.
ReplyDeleteYep! Good for another 50,000 miles!
DeleteWe recently had that procedure as well. For me, the prep was worse than the procedure. All went well with the removal of a couple of benign polyps being the only hiccup.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're A-OK.
I used the "PEG-3350" for prep, and once that stuff kicks in, ain't NO stopping it. I was in the head about every 40 minutes all...night...long.
DeleteRun silent. Run deep. Up periscope.
ReplyDeleteJust blew coffee all over!
DeleteI had that and an upper GI endoscopy in the same session last August. I asked the doctor to please not use the same endoscope for both procedures.
ReplyDeleteThe clean out was no fun but not seemingly bad as yours though I had to get up at 0300 to start the last round of it.
Mine said to drink all 4 Liters of it in about three hours. My SLW had to use something else last year, as she couldn't keep the PEG stuff down.
DeleteMine was 12 pills taken twice with a bunch of water. The first round was about 12 hours before and the second 5 hours before showing up at the hospital day surgery center. It appeared to be more effective than the "juice" I had taken for the previous one.
DeleteYOW! That's a whole buncha pill poppin'!
DeleteBillB - Please send me an email regarding the shipping address for the G-5500. I somehow lost ALL the emails we've exchanged!
