A friend of mine had a 1971 Vega that had rusted out at the top of the dash on the inside of the car. Our '73 Datsun pickup was rusting heavily and I'd used some welding blanket cloth and a fiberglass kit to keep the water from splashing up through the holes in the cab floor.<br />Thank goodness there aren't any photos because it was an ugly repair.
