Top Ten Corrupt Politicans In 2009

Gee, wonder how many of the same names will be here next year? And how many will get reelected after what I hope will be The First Great November Reckoning.
In alphabetical order:

Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT)
Senator John Ensign (R-NV)
Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA)
Secretary of Treasury Timothy Geithner
Attorney General Eric Holder
Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL)/ Senator Roland Burris (D-IL)
President Barack Obama
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)
Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) and the rest of the PMA Seven
Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY)

Read what these wonderful elected "servants" did to make it on this illustrious list over at Judicial Watch.

  1. I didn't know about Tiahrt being associated with Murtha and the PMA. He and my current Representative (Jerry Moran) are running for Brownback's Senate seat for the Republican primary - guess I just had my mind made up.

  2. Tiahrt will not be charged with any ethics violations. I am glad you have your mind made up to vote for Todd. He is a fighter unlike Jerry. Although Jerry is good at shaking hands and kissing babies, he has done nothing for his district or the state. As a resident of the 1st district, Jerry has represented this district poorly. Get to know Todd and I will guarantee you will like him.

  4. Some on this list will bite the dust, when other will sneak by. I don't see how Murtha keeps hanging on---maybe, just maybe this will be his year to exit stage left.

  5. It is time to clean house.

Gloomy, Gritty, Grey Day

At 1700 local it's as described in the headline; 30*F, 88% RH, completely overcast, snowing like crazy (small flakes, but lots of them)...
